About
At Purple Ribbon Council our mission is to turn awareness into action and engage all people to help prevent domestic abuse and dating violence. We build hope, and bring some healing and happiness to the most silent survivors of domestic abuse- to the children orphaned by it and to teens going through it.
This BLOG showcases the many “Faces of Hope”-survivors and others who are doing something to aid in prevention. Some stories will give you insight into the struggles with escaping domestic abuse and dating violence. Other stories show the true empowerment of those who “survive” it.
These FACE OF HOPE stories embody the true meaning of our acronym E.A.C.H. EMPOWER. ACTION. COURAGE. HOPE.
Get Inspired! Be EMPOWERed! Show your COURAGE and take some ACTION! Build HOPE for others!
We encourage you to read their stories and hope they inspire you to take some ACTION to help Break the Silence, Break the Cycle, and Save Lives.
